Maidenwell Astronomical Observatory can show you the Universe up close in big powerful telescopes. Ample parking for car, bus or coach. Observatory has no streetlight glow. They can accommodate 35 persons on the observation deck and 68 in the Star Theatre. They also specialise in group bookings and day shows include seeing the sun LIVE on the big screen. Located 28 kilometres east of the Bunya Mountains and 30 kilometres south of Nanango.

Built in 1908, Ringsfield House is an attractive centre for museum displays, art and craft displays and small functions. Ringsfield is the repository for historical photographs and printed data. So come and take a guided tour of this spectacular historical building and sit on the wide verandah and enjoy a relaxing cup of Devonshire tea.

The Yarraman Heritage Centre is situated in the heart of Yarraman on two and three quarter acres. There are eight historic buildings on the site including what was once a Sisters of Mercy Convent. This is a two story building 25 metres by 15 metres. The internal walls are stained tongue and groove crows ash timber. Also included are the Yarraman Railway Station and Arthur Brown's Butcher Shop and original slab hut.
