Spring Gully Olives grow, process, market and distribute olive oil and olive products 30 km north of Goomeri on the Burnett Highway. Olives for oil are processed on the same day they are picked to ensure that the product meets all the requirements for a premium extra virgin olive oil. Marinated olives, olive pastes and olive relish are also produced and available for tasting and sale on the property.
